· Holiday to India, yippee ! or not?
We then planned a holiday to India, looking forward to the heat and hopefully less painful joints, this was in January. Wrong, India was lovely, warm and cheap, but I didn't get to enjoy it as much, my joint pain didn't subside if anything it made it worse, there were times I cried, wandering what the hell was going on as I was only a 37 year old lady and at the time I associated arthritis with the elderly, now I know different, even people as young as 14 do have arthritis. I was determined to investigate further on what I can do.
