· Weight back on, re-introduceI have put on some well needed weight back on but still on the diet but not as strict and I have slowly re-introduced the foods I miss, finally I can say I eat most, but with severe consequence (painful joints), at least I know the culprit. But I definitely do not have any dairy what so ever, this is a big NO NO for me. I still take Vitamin C, glucosamine with rosehip, probiotic tablets (diary free), omega 3, 6 and 9, everyday, as I remember to take them.
